Acadia Stone Bridge I

Acadia Stone Bridge I

One of the stone bridges that are part of the 45 miles of Carriage Roads winding through Acadia National Park on Mt. Desert Island, Maine. These roads & bridges were financed and directed by John D. Rockefeller, Jr. between the years of 1913 and 1940. They offer not only a beautiful pathway to explore the park with - but a stunning addition to the already breathtaking landscape.
